✉️When will I receive my mail?
 
Letters are posted on the first Monday of each month, so make sure to sign up before the previous month ends to ensure you're included in the next delivery!
 
We post via royal mail:
🇬🇧UK is sent second class (2-3ish days)
🌍 International is sent by standard delivery (3-7ish days)
 
 
📬 What if my letter hasn’t arrived?
 
Mail can take longer than usual sometimes due to unexpected events. If it hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, email info@hawthornearts.com and I’ll resend it.
 
 
💳 When will I be charged?
 
You will be charged for your Skylark Club subscription on the same day each month. e.g., if you sign up on the 25th of Jan, you will be billed on the 25th of Feb.
 
 
⚙️ Can I update or cancel my subscription?
 
Yes! After subscribing, just pop back into your members area on the Hawthornearts website update your address and payment options. This is a site built with Wix, and currently Wix doesn't allow members to cancel their own subscriptions, but if you would like to cancel or skip a month, just message us and we'll put it into effect within 24 hours. If you cancel after being charged, you’ll still receive the next letter.
